The only Pakistani exam platform that accurately simulates CPSP's Computer Based Testing environment with real DIF algorithm scoring, synchronized examinations, and national candidate rankings.
CPSP does not use simple percentage scoring. It uses a psychometric algorithm combining the Difficulty Index (DIF) and Discrimination Index. Understanding this is the difference between thinking you passed and actually knowing you passed.
DIF measures what percentage of candidates answered a question correctly. CPSP excludes questions with DIF above 85% (too easy, all got it right) and below 15% (too hard, almost none got it right).
Measures whether a question correctly distinguishes high-performing candidates from low-performing ones. Questions that fail to discriminate are excluded from scoring.
Marks from excluded questions are redistributed proportionally to remaining valid questions. This means your final score is based on fewer than the full 200 questions, weighted accordingly.
After exclusions and redistribution, 75% of weighted marks is the pass threshold. A 75% on NextStepMD means you genuinely pass under CPSP's own formula.
Real DIF scoring. Synchronized exams. National ranking. PKR 1,500 for the full 50-day series.
